- Allen Meadows - OUTSTANDING ! A fresh, cool and airy nose blends notes of green apple, citrus and wet stone with plenty of floral and matchstick nuances. The intense and overtly mineral-driven medium weight flavors possess plenty of salinity on the linear, bone dry, chiseled and beautifully long finish. This is impressive but note well that it's very firmly structured and fashioned in an old school 'take no prisoners' style.
