- Allen Meadows - OUTSTANDING! Wood and reduction render the aromas tough to assess. Otherwise there is excellent richness to the dense, sappy and almost oily flavors that despite the high ripeness, weight and volume manages to retain a relatively refined mouth feel, all wrapped in a lingering and minerally finish. Good stuff that is a bit more accessible and as such should drink well early on.
