- Neal Martin -Tasted at Bordeaux Index’s offices. The Grafenberg Auslese has a rather muted, grassy nose with dried honey, lanolin and green fruits (kiwi and a touch of gooseberry.) The palate has more precision than the 2008, wonderful poise and vibrant acidity. Good build, notes of white peach, hazelnut, apricot, lemon zest and strawberry, great delineation towards the finish. Excellent.
