- Allen Meadows - OUTSTANDING ! A completely different aromatic profile presents itself with its array of resin, quinine and various white orchard fruit scents. I very much like the seductive texture of the attractively energetic middle weight flavors that don't have quite the same level of minerality yet in its place resides excellent depth and persistence on the bone dry finale. This too is good stuff that should also repay up to a decade of keeping.
