- Allen Meadows - Outstanding ! Somewhat counterintuitively, this is much more deeply pitched with plenty of earth and spice undertones to the very fresh dark berry fruit scents. There is a suave, even lush mouth feel to the highly energetic and gorgeously textured medium weight flavors that brim with palate coating dry extract on the balanced and beautifully persistent finish. The supporting tannins are very fine-grained and overall this is a Chambolle of harmony and grace.
